Hilary Duff Loves Anastasia

Saturday, March 15th, 2008 at 1:37 pm

I just got my eyebrows done by Anastasia!! Super expensive and I’m not so convinced that it was the best wax I’ve ever received - but the products they sell are fun. Hilary Duff said she doesn’t go anywhere without Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow Pencil in Blonde.

Cost: $22

What just happened? Did I just spray something in my hair that took the oil away and made it look a little more presentable to the outside world? I’m not saying it looks as good as a clean wash. But if you know you are going somewhere like camping or a overnight travel trip, and you don’t want to look like your hair could marinade pasta with some garlic, try out Psssssst Instant Spray Shampoo. It will help you get through an otherwise icky situation. Hey! You never know when the paparazzi are going to show up. ;)

Cost: $5.89

Stila Perfectly Peach Eye & Cheek Palette

Saturday, March 15th, 2008 at 9:15 am

stila eye and cheek palette

This season it’s all about the cheeks. Walking down the runway during the fashion shows, the models were fresh faced with just a hint of rosy cheeks. The biggest color blush that we’ve seen used has definitely been peach!

So when I saw the Stila Perfectly Peach Eye & Cheek Palette I jumped on it. It comes with three eye shadow shades (for base, crease and liner) that are all very natural looking, and the perfect shade of peach blush to go with the eyes. I love when makeup comes together so I know what goes…makes it easy when they take the guess work out of everything!

Cost: $6.99

CHANEL Glossimer

CHANEL Glossimer has been a favorite for a few years now. Not for anyone who considers themselves more of a lipstick or chapstick person because this gloss is GLOSSY. It will stick to your lips and STAY there for hours. I believe I read that a beauty editor once ran the New York City marathon with Glossimer on and it didn’t budge. Truly worth the price for the ultra-glossy look.

Cost: $25

Paul Mitchell Super Clean Spray

Paul Mitchell Super Clean Spray is my hairspray saving grace. I know it’s bad for the environment but I’m totally an aerosol spray girl when it comes to this medium-hold finishing spray. Shame on me, I know but it’s quick drying, adds body and shine AND has SPF to protect hair color from fading.

Visit PaulMitchell.com for price and salon locations.
