Remove That Hair Down There
I have very coarse stubborn hair all over my body, which makes it difficult during the spring/summer months to have to shave pretty much everyday. I easily get razor bumps on my upper thigh and bikini line, but as much as I hate getting waxed there’s nothing better than feeling silky smooth for weeks without worrying to have to shave. But I can’t always afford to get waxed, and some home wax kits aren’t strong enough for my hair, but I found one that works! It’s Sally Hansen Extra Strength Brazilian Bikini Waxing & Shaping Kit. It also comes with 3 Reusable Easy-Glide Spatulas, No Mistakes Mirror for precise results, Petite Bikini Scissors for expert trimming, Soothing Azulene Finishing Oil. Now of course I wouldn’t give myself a brazilian wax, but definitely great to use for the upper thigh and bikini line and other small parts of the body like belly hair. As embarassing as this is, yes some of us do have it!

March 12th, 2008 @ 5:05 pmI have used this product and i ended up breaking blood vessels and bruising all over my bikini line. I was mortified - Be careful, this stuff is STRONG! IT can and will rip off skin and bruise you!
March 12th, 2008 @ 5:25 pmYou can break blood vessels if the wax is too think or too thin, not the right temperature or if its around the time of your period. You can also causse bruising if you do not rip the wax off properly. It can be done at home, but be warned…its not easy.
March 12th, 2008 @ 7:30 pmyou’re all either really brave or slightly insane to try this yourself! good luck!
March 12th, 2008 @ 10:35 pmYes, please be careful whenever using hot wax!! I was heating up facial hair wax in the microwave once and didn’t think it was that hot. When I went to pick it up (which didn’t have a handle), the container was so hot I automatically dropped it. The wax spilled all over the counter, floor and worse on my thumb! I had to peel the wax off with a tweezer taking off my skin…tremendously painful! Please becareful and read the instructions. It does work great if you do it correctly, but like any other beauty product out there, test it on a small area of your skin first before applying to major areas. Also, this container thankfully has a handle which is an A+!
