Gold Bond Body Lotion
I’m addicted to shopping at CVS. It’s really a problem. Today, I spent over $90 just running in to get some Gold Bond Body Lotion. I don’t know how that happened.
It had been a really long time since I’d used a Gold Bond product; in fact I thought it was called Gold Bond’s. Its not.
A couple weeks ago I did a wash of laundry with Snuggle and I think I either used way too much or had an allergic reaction or both. Up and down my legs itched like some kind of horrible torture. As though a rouge gang of fire ants attacked me in the night. I’m pretty sure it was the detergent. I went back to my old fabric softener this week with the wash and did not wake up itchy all over.
Still, there were some spots from the week before that still bothered me. When I scratched them, they continued to get worse — I have extremely sensitive skin and am prone to all kinds of redness. Even rubbing lotion on my body can make it get red!
Well, like I said it’s been a long time since I’ve used it, but it works like a champ. Tried and true. No more itch.
BONUS! My roommate suggested using it on dry feet after the gym; he said that really works for him.
