Johnson’s Baby Oil Lavender To Remove Eye Make Up
I always hear about eye makeup remover, but never buy any. It just happens to be one of the things that I’m a scrooge in buying. I’m already spending money on cleansers, facial make up removers, lotions, etc. and now I have to buy eye makeup remover?! I usually end up trying to get as much off as I can and then waking up with racoon eyes the next day. I continue to scrub as much off in the shower the but there’s sometimes a small trace of eyeliner still present.
Well this year I’m trying to be better about it, and I’ve been hearing about Johnson’s Baby Oil Lavender being able to do the trick. Plus you can get a huge bottle for like $5! Dab a cotton ball in the baby oil and gently rub your eye lid until the make up is gone. Becareful not to get any in your eye as with any make up remover.
Cost: $4.08 (14 fl oz)

I just wanted to leave my 2 cents worth. I am a 55 year old woman who barely looks 40. I think it is primarily because I have very few lines around my eyes. Could it be because I’ve used Vaseline to remove my eye make-up forever? I do. Give it a try. : )

Yes, I’ve also heard that vaseline does remove eye make up as well. It very well could be why you don’t have wrinkles around your eyes!
March 6th, 2008 @ 12:52 pmMy favorite eye make-up remover has to be Nuetrogena’s Oil-free eye make up remover. I wear contact lenses and have very sensitive eyes so I can’t really use baby oil. I seriously recommend Nuetrogena’s. In my opinion, it is the best!
March 6th, 2008 @ 2:00 pmMy mom has used baby oil as her eye makeup remover as long as I can remember.
March 6th, 2008 @ 9:38 pmI use baby oil and it works!!
March 6th, 2008 @ 10:00 pmJackie, I second the Neutrogena eye makeup remover! I’ve been using that for a year or so and I love it! I always have problems with removers that contain oils (bothers my eyes) and this one is oil-free and soothing. I also use vaseline to moisturize my eye area at night
Works wonders.
