Styli-Style Waterproof Eye-line And Seal
You are not going to believe me when I tell you where I found the most amazing pencil eyeliner….Walgreen’s! I had been in search of a waterproof pencil eye-liner that wouldn’t smudge. So I googled around, found a forum for professional makeup artists, and got some opinions. Lots of them recommended this brand, Styli-Style so I decided I’d give it a try.
It’s AMAZING! Styli Style Waterproof Eye-line & Seal goes on really smooth, it’s truly waterproof and doesn’t love me with smudges, but the best thing is that it still comes off easy at night with makeup remover.
