Spring season is right around the corner and most of us want to start looking alive and not dead like we have been all winter long - believe me I know, I am pale and pasty! BUT, there has been so much talk and major campaigns (like the Marc Jacobs celeb t-shirts) against the fight of skin cancer that we can’t possibly feel guilt free of jumping into a tanning bed, right?! So I found this product called Self Tanner Spray, Unisex Face & Body. This stuff works in just 60 seconds and it’s easy to put on! But be careful, don’t put too much on….as always the Oompa Loompa look is never in!!

My husband is going to kill me so you internet people can not tell him! My lovely, wonderful man always brushes his teeth and flosses like a good boy, but he still battled with bad breath every day. I can’t even tease when I say it hurt me to always have to tell him to brush again, or pop mints or chew gum. So when a close friend recommended a toothpaste and talked about how her husbands breath used to be so bad that she could barely stand to be around him and that this miracle toothpaste helped. I figure what the heck, I have nothing to lose.

You can buy Dr. Katz’s Thera Breath toothpaste online, or at Walmart. The important thing to remember is to buy NOT only the toothpaste, but the mouth wash as well. In comparison to other toothpaste it can seem kind of expensive, but if you have problems or someone you know has problems with bad breath then you know you’d pay just about anything to get rid of it.

I’m back again with another recommendation for a gorgeous perfume. My Uncle gave this Jean Paul Gaultier for Her Perfume to me as a gift and when I received it I had never smelled it, nor saw it at the store before. So to say I was a little apprehensive is being kind. I love perfume, but my biggest concern is putting on perfume and giving people headaches. My friends and family always complain about how certain people put on too much, or some cheap smelling perfume and it gives them a headache. I refuse to be “that” person.

So I picked up this very cool woman shaped bottle, spritzed it and walked into it. Then I walked out of my room gave it a minute and smelled myself. In my humble opinion I have to say I smelled pretty darn good. I used to go threw perfumes like there was no tomorrow, but since I’ve had this perfume I’ve stuck with it for at least a year and a half and I’m still exceptionally happy with it. Sometimes there really is that one perfume out there that’s perfect for you. This one is mine.

I was turned on to this product by a friend who refused to use normal chapstick. She swears by Burt’s Bees and will use nothing else. I bought it and liked the normal stuff, but I’m a girl who needs a little color in her lips. So when I saw that Burt’s Bees came out with a line that moisturizes your lips and had color I was thrilled!

I bought Burt’s Bees Shimmer in the shade Merlot. The color is a little bit stronger than I had expected, so I just put a tiny bit on. I love it because normal lipsticks dry out my lips, but at the same time I’m sick of using LipSmackers chapstick! Burt’s Bees keeps my lips from chapping, but gives me adult color.

Just be warned, the color is exactly the color that is shown on the cap, so don’t be surprised when it shows up pretty dark on your lips!
